Student Support Team

Ginger Allison | Student Support Administrator

Ginger Allison is the Student Support Programs Manager for Insight School of Oklahoma. This is her first year with ISOK after a 10-year career in education. She has held teaching positions in alternative education and within the Oklahoma CareerTech system before moving into administration in 2016. She has since served as leadership for schools that exclusively served special populations in Oklahoma City and led the state efforts in work-based learning for the state office of workforce development. She earned both her Bachelor in Business Management and Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, usually watching movies or trying new restaurants.


MaKinzie Spence | Student Support Administrator

MaKinzie Spence is the Student Support Assistant Administrator on the Shared Services team, assisting with the Community Family Advisors (CFAs). She has been with OVCA and ISOK for 3 years and has been in the education field for 6 years collectively. MaKinzie has a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology from OSU and a Master’s of Education in Special Education from UCO. She has had the pleasure of being a teacher for several years, being a team lead at Paycom, and transitioned to the Student Support team serving OVCA and ISOK three years ago!


Lindsey Jackson | Community Family Advisor

Lindsey Jackson has been a Community Family Advisor for ISOK/OVCA since 2018. She has worked in education for over 10 years. Working with students is truly her passion. She has a daughter who attends OVCA as a Kindergartner and she absolutely loves it!


Cristina Riggins | Community Family Advisor

Cristina Riggins started as a Community Family Advisor in 2020 and has 3 years in education overall. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.


Elizabeth “Bizzy” Swisher | Community Family Advisor

started with K12 as a Community Family Advisor in 2020. She graduated from OU and started teaching at Lee Elementary. She taught pre-k, 1st grade, and 3rd grade and loved every grade. During her free time, she trains in martial arts and has a love for yoga. She tries to stay active as much as she can!

Katy Bevers | Academic Counselor

Katy Bevers is an Academic Counselor, and previously taught Geometry for ISOK High School. She is looks forward to seeing students every day and hopes to learn a lot from each other. She has a Mathematics Education degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, as well as a degree in School Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She started with ISOK in 2018 having previously taught for 7 years. She has been happily married to Seth Bevers for 11 years. They have a son, Noah Zane Bevers, who celebrated his first birthday in September 2020.


Lauren Bone | Academic Counselor

Lauren Bone joined ISOK as an Academic Counselor in 2021. In 2012, she began her teaching career as a middle school language arts teacher and has had the privilege of working in education since. She received her Master’s in School Counseling from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Lauren is passionate about helping kids realize their full potential and reach their goals throughout high school and beyond. 


Kaitie Quinlan | Counselor

Kaitie Quinlan has been with ISOK since September 2020 and has a total of 7 years in education overall. She has a bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science and a master’s degree in Educational Technology, both from East Central University. She also has a second master’s degree in School Counseling from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and is now a state certified school counselor for the state of Oklahoma. Previously, she worked as the Focus Phoenix/Night School Coordinator with ISOK before beginning her new role as an Academic Counselor.


Jason Deskin | Career Counselor

Jason Deskin has been in education since 2011 and moved to ISOK in 2018. He is currently a Career Counselor. He received his degree in Agricultural Education from Oklahoma State University. He has been an Ag teacher and general education teacher and is excited to begin this new journey as Career Counselor.

Ann Kuge | Student & Family Resource Coordinator

Ann Kuge joined the ISOK team in 2021. She is a Southern California native. She is a MSW graduate of USC’s Suzanne Dworak-Peck’s School of Social Work with a concentration in children, youth, and families. Ann’s journey into the world of education began more than a decade ago when she left her career in banking and finance to follow her heart. She became a mentor and gang prevention counselor for at-risk youth at a continuation high school in Los Angeles while earning her degree in English. It was there that she fell in love with the kids and left with the inspiration to become a teacher. 


Krystle James | Social Emotional Counselor

Krystle James is the Social Emotional Counselor for the 6th -12th grade students for ISOK.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oklahoma.  She has been with ISOK for less than a year, however, is very excited to serve students in the digital capacity.  She has previously worked as an elementary school therapist for 3 years and she also has experience in the inpatient psychiatric health field.  She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Masters degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.  Krystle is very passionate about helping others navigate true freedom through verbal and emotional expression.
