Meet Our Executive Director: Jennifer Pace 

At Insight School of Oklahoma (ISOK), we believe every student deserves the opportunity to succeed—and that success looks different for everyone. Whether a student needs a fresh start, more flexibility, or a learning environment that truly understands their unique needs, ISOK is here to meet them where they are and help them reach their goals. 

No one knows this better than our Executive Director, Jennifer Pace, M.Ed., whose leadership is rooted in a deep commitment to student success and a genuine passion for education. 

Jennifer joined ISOK in 2018, bringing her talents first to the virtual classroom as a high school history teacher. From there, she took on roles as lead teacher, principal, and now proudly serves as our Executive Director. Through each of these roles, Jennifer has seen firsthand the powerful transformation that can happen when students are given the tools, support, and encouragement they need to thrive. 

“We are more than just a virtual classroom—we are a caring community that believes in second chances, celebrates progress, and helps students build both confidence and skills for the future,” she says. 

Under Jennifer’s leadership, ISOK continues to grow as a school that not only meets academic needs but also nurtures personal growth. Our teachers and staff are deeply dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. They work hard to ensure every student feels seen, heard, and challenged. We also believe that strong partnerships with families are essential. Jennifer is committed to ensuring that ISOK works hand-in-hand with parents and caregivers to guide students through their educational journey. 

“Some of our students will go on to careers, others to technical training, college, or military service—but all will leave us with the tools, resilience, and self-confidence to succeed in the path they choose,” she shares. 

Thanks to leaders like Jennifer Pace, ISOK continues to be a place where students can dream big and work toward brighter futures. We are honored to have her at the helm and grateful for the compassion, experience, and vision she brings to our school community.
