Meet Our Administrators

Jennifer Wilkinson

Executive Director | Jennifer Wilkinson, Ed.D.

Prior to becoming Executive Director of ISOK, Dr. Wilkinson worked at the Oklahoma State Department of Education as the Director of Alternative Education for seven years. She has been in education for over 20 years and served as a classroom teacher, counselor, and SDE director. She earned her BS in Elementary Education in 2002 and master’s degrees in Counseling in 2008 and Educational Leadership in 2018. Both degrees are from the University of Central Oklahoma. In 2010, she obtained her National Board Certification in school counseling. She earned her Ed.D. in 2023 from Arkansas State University.


Elizabeth Britt

High School Principal | Elizabeth Britt, M.Ed., MET

Elizabeth Britt graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2001 with a BA in English Education and earned master’s degrees in Education Administration in 2004 from UCO and in Education Technology in 2009 from DeVry University. She is currently working toward a doctor of education degree in Educational Leadership at Arkansas State University. She has been in education for over 20 years, most of which has been in online education environments. Elizabeth is passionate about online education, alternative education, and helping students realize their potential for success.


Nicole Crawford

Middle School Principal | Nicole Crawford, M.Ed.

Nicole Crawford earned a BA in English from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1994, followed by a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in 2014. Her Masters degree has a triple literacy focus, including reading intervention and dyslexia. She has over 20 years of experience in education, with the last six years focusing on online education. She has previous leadership experience in intervention, literacy, and administration. Nicole is deeply committed to assisting students and guiding them toward success.


Director of Special Programs | Katherine Young, M.Ed.

Katherine Young graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2007 with an Elementary Education degree and earned a master’s degree in Online Education from Southern New Hampshire University in 2023. She has been in education since 2007 and with Oklahoma K12 schools since 2015. She started her teaching career in Ponca City as a 3rd grade teacher before moving to the elementary school Curriculum Specialist role. She was a kindergarten teacher at OVCA for two years, and the Title I Coordinator for one year. Katherine is passionate about education and watching students grow.
