ISOK Celebrates 2025 Teachers and Support Staff of the Year

Stories & Spotlights

At Insight School of Oklahoma (ISOK), excellence in education is a daily habit. This May, we proudly celebrated the dedication of six exceptional team members who received our annual Teacher and Support Staff of the Year Awards. These awards shine a light on the educators and support staff who inspire, lead, and uplift our school community every day.

Each year, ISOK presents three prestigious honors for both the Middle and High School:

  • Teacher of the Year: Awarded to those who foster dynamic and nurturing virtual classrooms.
  • Rising Ember Award: A special recognition for new teachers — those with two years or less of experience at ISOK — who are already igniting student success through creativity and connection.
  • Steadfast Flame Award: Honors our amazing support staff who go the extra mile behind the scenes to ensure every student and educator can thrive.

We’re thrilled to introduce our 2025 award recipients:

Middle School Awards

  • Teacher of the Year: Autumn Hamilton
  • Rising Ember Award: Terry Jones
  • Steadfast Flame Award: Danielle Younger

High School Awards

  • Teacher of the Year: Lisa Stiefel
  • Rising Ember Award: Katlyn Bertani
  • Steadfast Flame Award: Lauren Bone

Celebrating Our School Family
Award recipients were honored during a recent faculty meeting, each receiving a commemorative plaque and a special ISOK T-shirt. The celebration served as a reminder of what makes ISOK such a unique and supportive environment.

“Every day our students and faculty benefit from the hard work and care of these amazing educators,” said ISOK Executive Director Jennifer Wilkinson. “These awards recognize the dedication, creativity and compassion they demonstrate in the classroom and beyond.”

Please join us in celebrating these outstanding educators and staff members. Their light guides the way for our students and school to shine!
