Meet Ashley Mays

Ashley Mays brings more than 14 years of experience in education to her role at ISOK, where she is currently in her third year of teaching. With a passion for helping students understand both themselves and the world around them, Ashley teaches Psychology and Sociology, guiding students through meaningful conversations about behavior, society, and human connections.

Family is an important part of Ashley’s life. She is married and is the proud parent of three daughters and four step-daughters, as well as a loving grandmother to five grandchildren. When she’s not teaching, Ashley enjoys spending her free time sewing and quilting, getting lost in a good book, and helping coach her 11-year-old’s soccer team—a role she finds both fun and rewarding.

What Ashley loves most about working at ISOK is seeing student success. Watching students grow academically and personally is what inspires her every day and reinforces why she chose education as her career.
